Buck’s Plumbing wasn’t born from some business plan — it was born out of necessity and a deep desire to help the people who always get overlooked. I’m Ramon, a Responsible Master Plumber with over 15 years of hands-on experience, and I started this company because I believe that everyone matters — no matter where they come from or how small the job.

My mama taught me one golden rule:  “Treat people like you want to be treated.”  That’s the standard we hold to every single day.

We’re here for the ones who feel forgotten, who’ve been burned, who just want someone honest to walk through the door and listen. I take pride in leaving every customer not just with working plumbing, but with peace of mind and the feeling that they finally found the right person.

People say I’m professional, courteous, and honest — and that they’re glad they found us. And you know what? That right there is what keeps me going.

You won’t always see her in the field, but Lisa is the beating heart of Buck’s Plumbing. She’s the one answering your calls with kindness, scheduling your service like clockwork, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes.  She’s a jack of all trades — if Jack was a woman — and customers love her from the minute they hear her voice. She listens, she cares, and she treats every single person like they matter, because they do. Lisa’s not just admin — she’s the glue that holds this whole business together, and the boss who keeps us all in check.  When customers ask me who she is, I always say:  “She’s the boss who makes sure you feel like family — because you are.”

JD, my son, is 30 years old, licensed, and ready to carry this torch far into the future. From day one, he’s been by my side — even when working for another plumbing company, he was helping out on nights, weekends, and anytime we needed him. Commitment runs deep in his bones.  JD brings laughter and light wherever he goes. He’s the kind of guy who makes a customer smile in the middle of a stressful leak, and he’s quick to remind folks:  “Whether we’re your plumber once or forever, you’re family now.”  He’s not just doing the work — he’s helping to build the future. And he’s not alone. His brother, JR, lends a hand whenever he can, putting his heart into every job like it’s his own.  This company isn’t just mine anymore — it’s theirs too. And the legacy? It’s in good hands.
